Today we started our physics adventure anew in a new classroom. Just so everyone is aware, we have been moved to room 354 probably for the duration of the semester due to the fact that our old classroom is being renovated.
We also learned about Newton's third law of motion today, or that every force has an equal and opposite reactionary force. It is a fascinating revelation that has many applications. We looked at some examples of it in our everyday lives (it is the reason we can walk forward) and then we did one example. Assignment 3.3 was given at the end of class and we will take it up tomorrow.
Tomorrow we will begin to look at certain types of forces with a lesson on gravity and the normal force.
