Physics 30 - March 9

Today we finished up our notes on static and kinetic friction and looked at an example of friction in two dimensions.  We did examples 16 and started example 17. This was covered on slides 49-56 in the powerpoint. Students were then given some time to work on Assignment 2.5. Tomorrow we will start to look at how we handle friction on an incline.
