Tomorrow we start Unit 5 on electromagnetism.  If you want to bring the notes with you, there is a copy of them right here.  These are the blank handouts that you have to fill in the blanks.  If you want a copy of the powerpoint, you can look in the Physics 30 Course Notes link on the right of the webpage. 

Robot Rumble 2020

For those struggling with chemical nomenclature, have a look at the following resources. 

Khan Academy - Ionic Compounds   - This website links to a series of videos and practice about all types of ionic compounds

Yuotube - Covalent Compounds   - This video describes covalent compounds.

Physics 30 - Physics Prize Exam Website

I mentioned in class that the Department of Physics puts on 2 exam competitions in the spring.  The winners of the competition will be awarded money to be used towards physics classes in university.  Here is the link to the website that has the announcement.
